When is E-Hop launching and where can I download the app?

E-Hop is launching soon in the UK! The E-Hop app will be available soon on the App Store and Google Play Store. You can pre-register today to be notified the moment we launch.

How does the 30 Minutes FOR FREE everyday work?

Our carefully designed E-Bikes will have adds on that will pay for the first 30 Minutes of your ride everyday! All riders will pay an ultra-low 50p unlocking fee.

Who are the E-Hop E-Bikes designed for?

Our bikes are tailored for everyday commuters and people working in the delivery industry, with specially designed rear cargo space to carry larger items.

What is the Group Rides feature?

Ride with friends, family, or colleagues using our group ride feature, allowing multiple users to ride together under one single account.

Who manufactures the E-Hop fleet bikes?

E-Hop takes its bikes from OKAI, the world-renowned commercial electric micromobility manufacturer. Engineered with aircraft-grade hydroformed aluminum, smart BMS battery protection, and anti-puncture tires, our fleet is built for the highest safety and reliability on UK roads.

What is E-Hop's environmental commitment?

E-Hop will operate a zero-emissions fleet, featuring service vehicles that are 100% electric. We proudly maintain no Scope 1 and 2 emissions, and offset Scope 3 emissions. Plus, for every 60 miles you cycle, you contribute to planting a tree.
